Groundnut Pachadi


Ingredients:
Ground nut 1 cup
3 to 4 red chillies
Tamarind pulp 1 spoon
Black gram 1 tsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Curry leaves a few
Method:
Take pan and fry red chilli,cumin seeds and black gram, and groundnuts.
Grind ground nuts, red chilly,cumin seeds,black gram,tamarind and salt
And make finepaste.
Take pan and add little oil.
Add mustard and curry leaves and fry them well.
Add grinded paste and mix well.
Remove from the pan and serve with Idli or Dosa.
